E-business

De Hanu Sweet Homemade is an online shop in Facebook which anyone can easily overlook by hitting the page's like button. Although they are famous with their chocolate cake , but I loved their homemade cupcakes . The ganache was so thick while the cupcake-sized chocolate base was as dense nor moist as I thought because it was made by imported chocolate. Then , i loved their homemade chocolates. This is the first time I ordered the chocolate from an online shop. The chocolates are well packed and they are having a very excellent delivery service.

I would certainly recommend De Hanu Sweet Homemade as the best tasty chocolates. The reason why I choose this online shop is because of their products delivered is same as in pictures they displayed. The pictures of the cakes and chocolates are very fancy looking with colorful designs as well and the chocolate cake looking elegant. For those who are looking for rainbow color based cakes or chocolates , do try at this online shop. Moreover , i would like to comment about the Small Drak Chocolate Fudge Cake. It is absolutely makes mouth watering with delicious taste. The price of it also quite reasonable. I ordered 400 pieces of homemade chocolates in two cavity boxes for my sister's wedding ceremony. They charged me only for RM 1.20 each which is very reasonable and affordable. The box was tied with a cute pink color ribbon and attached with "Thank You" tag on top of the box. The price and taste was very reasonable compared to other online shops which I found in Facebook.

The next reason why I choosed this shop is due to their excellent delivery service. They packed the chocolates in very well condition as the chocolates wont be melt by using polysterene box. And the most amazing thing is they can do door delivery in Klang Valley areas. They are providing freshly made chocolates by making the chocolates one day before the delivery date to customers.
The best feauture of this De Hanu Sweet Homemade page in Facebook is they are very responsice to the customers via messages. From this , customers are able to clear their doubts on the product withing a short period of time. Furthermore, the admin of this page boost up their post once a week and updating new posts once they invented their new recipe of chocolates and cakes. This can be proved that how active this page are operating. Compared to other online chocolate shops pages in Facebook , this page is more active and delivering a good customer service.

The company was started and operates under the premise that socially responsible business practices. Since its inception , Theo has built a loyal and growing following , especially in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Its first three years were spent building this customer based and forging a brand based on its value proposition and everyday business practices.

The attractive statement of De Hanu Sweet Homemade is " The Milk Chocolate Melts In Your Mouth , Not In Your Hand " . Besides that , powerful value proposition made customers realize that chocolate did not have to make a mess. They also provide strategic direction and keeps the organization focused. Another value proposition of this online shop is customer service , which is also often used as a selling point by marketers that it is virtually worthless in adding value. A customer assumes they will receive quality service when they purchase a product, otherwise , they are not going to come back again to purchase. Therefore , advertising customer service as a value proposition does not does not make your business special but simply meeting the accepted standards. Value cannot be created unless the customer has a business problem or issue to solve. Value is in the eyes of beholder. Each customers have a different set of needs .
